• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

SCOOP... Damon Bradshaw on a Husky

We'll be at the Guthrie, OK Endurocross all day Saturday with my camera. I'll get y'all the scoop on the Husky presence. I even have a couple of friends that ride in the Oklahoma cross country series giving it a try. Can't wait!

Let us know how they do!

Bradshaw Out/Graffunder In

I hate to burst everyone's bubble but Damon won't be riding a Husky at the remaining rounds of the Supercross. Yes, he tested the bike and really liked it but we just couldn't come to terrms on a contract for the remainder of the series. Perhaps next year with a new budget we can work something out. He is very supportive of Husqvarna and wants to be a part of our efforts and yes perhaps even in Baja if we decide to return there. I am happy to report that Corey Graffunder the young Canadian phenom has signed with us to ride the remaining 5 Endurocross races. He has been testing for the past two weeks at Ty's and has phenomenal Endurocross skills. He finished 7th in the opening round in Las Vegas and was 5th at Erzberg. The kid has a very bright future and we are all very excited that he has chosen to ride with Ty Davis and Husqvarna.

HOLLY CRAP****************************************!! That is awesome. Cory is a great rider from what I have read about him.

HOLY SH-T!!

This is huge news!! I dont think that the majority of the people who frequent this site know just how awesome of a rider this kid is!! He is a true "franchise rider". He has the potential to be to Husky like Mike Lafferty is to KTM.

I dont know if this has the potential to be a long term relationship, but I hope so. I know for a fact that Fabio Farioli has offered Cory a try out for the KTM WEC team.

Thank you Scot for putting this deal together!

Here is an interview with Cory G prior to him signing with Husky

I am just saying Meo is from France and is in a battle in the WEC E1 class. You might be able to do a search for Damon's monster truck and find a e-mail contact there. Those are usually pretty small operations.
