• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Bravo Tim****************************************! Glad to see you in the game,,and your 450 on the track**************************************** Keep making the show!!

We just did an (4 of us) sss ride on Sun morn in some serious and technical hill country

I ended up with 6th place on the Glen Helen Mud Run . Would have had another third if not for the two dudes who crashed right in front of me at the top of Mt St Helens and held me up.....

I would like to make it but have other commitements. Also had an invite to ride Cahuilla Creek MX that I had to turn down..... :banghead:

What kind of course layout does the Praire Dog GP use? Similar to SRA? How many races in thier season?

Its a part of the Big 6 series in D37. One time a year the PDawgs hold their annual event there. I'm not a big Gp guy but I think you would enjoy it. They use the regional park and its a eight mile lay out. I'm going to spectate and find out more this weekend for you.

T the D37 big 6= husky bucks****************************************! T the big six events are good,,at least the 29 palms gp that i did a few years back just was epic,,it rained the night before the race****************************************the layout was great if not a little fast for my taste, safe and lots of fun,,,had a full race dice with a suz RM on my 250Kato .

They used 50% of the National track all of the REM & Truck courses. Went up in the hills to regional park for a little asphalt racing and back to the National track. They have a full slate of races for the two days, from sidehack to vintage. The coolest part was that the P dawgs had a free peewee race on a scaled down version of the original course.
