  • Hi everyone,

    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

    Thanks for your patience and support!

Rekluse compatibility Xlite

As the header says. Do anyone know which brands clutches that are compatible with eachother? My 310r has an autoclutch that is in prestine condition. Im into upgrading my mainbike to a new one though. Instead of buying a new clutch for $1100 I would rather buy a brand where my clutch fits. In my opinion all brands are even today. The only brands I dont wanna buy is orange or 14- Huskys. Just because I dont like that the austrians buy brands as I buy underwear.

I suppose so too. Sent the Q to Rekluse and got that answer. Im still not 100% sure, as the only thing I want is to fit the clutchplate in a suitable basket. The hydraulics and things connected is easy to solve. Ill get back here if Im coming closer to some kind of solution. Its not really important for me. Just curious of compatibilty between different parts from Rekluse. I think its strange that someone hasnt already made a x-list between different brands and Rekluses. Normally comes up when something is expensive. An old friend of mine fitted a Suzuki Rekluse to a Husky 450 years ago. I think the Suzuki was from 06-08ish and the Husky from about -03. We dont have contact today, so I cant ask him what he did.

According to this website https://shop.italhusky.com/en/products/2011/tc-te-txc-250-310 the clutch pressure plate for a 2011 TE310 is part no. 800070467

If I use this part no. in the search function, these models appear;
PRIMARY DRIVE - CLUTCH ( WR-CR 125 ) ( 2006 )
PRIMARY DRIVE - CLUTCH ( TC 250 ) ( 2009 )
PRIMARY DRIVE - CLUTCH ( WR-CR 125 ) ( 2009 )

Thats true but its often manufacturers give same article different numbers, just to make customers to meet this problems. I dont say Rekluse does that but it happens more than you realize. Could also be a simple difference that has no purpose and then they give it a rare article number.
