• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

The red radiator braces are back in stock now. The boxes just arrived and I'm unpacking and shipping back orders now. These include 2 stroke braces, 4 stroke braces, and 610 braces. Guards are in stock too. Sorry for the long wait. Here's a pic of the new design in red. Please note that the pics on the website are still of the old design and all braces from now on will look like the one below. Thanks.

Thanks! I just got these today and they look great! Umm, now I just need to find time to install them...........

Got a very nice email from a rider using our brace/guard setup. I pulled from his email.

After the race there were many different people looking over the bike in the pits and your radiator guards got much of the attention. I explained the mounting and extra protection yours offer and they were pleasantly suprised with the fitment and quality. It was about 100 degrees with 85% humidity for the race and there was no overheating issues whatsoever with the guards on the bike.

610/630 fittment. Anyone know if it's the same?

Excellent products 7602! Your stuff on our '08 TE's is top shelf.

610 yes. 630 not sure. Haven't had a 630 here to test fit. I'm willing to work w you if you want to test fit on a 630. PM me if interested.

I would be more then happy to help but I am a few states away in California so I couldn't bring the bike by for fittment. ?

Braces and guards fit the 630. If you are running a fan there is a very tight fit between the fan and a radiator hose if you use the mounting holes that are pre drilled in the brace. If you are handy with a drill it is simple to re locate the fan.
