• Hi everyone,

    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

I think he can, he is a past winner on the G450, the WR300 is way better for the course. Walker is good on the technical stuff, but Letti has expereince. Graham Jarvis is the guy to beat, he has won everything so far this year. Although I must confide Im am a huge Chris Birch fan. To qoute some old dude.... "youth and enthusiasm will never overcome old age and treachery"
 
bah, you can't stream the Prolog after the fact like you can the Erzberg Hare Scramble. Bogus!:cry:
 
I have the Romaniacs movie from 2010, I think it was. Pretty cool to watch. I'd love to try something like that, if I had the time and money!

It would be a miracle if I even survived the prologue.
 
Tons of stuff posted on my site, has its own category. I rode about half of the sportsman (hobby) course today, unbelievable stuff. I thought this pic of Letti came out pretty good from the prologue.

Glad you're on the scene. Can you do a little journalistic tire choice thread. I see Andreas has a GoldenTyre advert on his jersey, he's using Golden Tyre FIM comp (soft/hard etc)?. Jarvis is GT sponsored as well. GT has a crazy wide variety of tire choices and I have interest in what these guys are using. Thanks Rob
(Y'all know I am an FIM comp tire user/believer/promoter) PS Taddy uses them (in special compound but the same standard pattern)
 
I don't have much tyre info. Jarvis is using new secret compound. But I guess they are doing a US intro right before X games. I have an invite and plan to be there. So I should get all the dope. I am using the GT on my bike. So far I say they are nice in the FIM pattern. I destroyed a mousse today, but that was a different story. Pics and blog working right now for Day 2
