• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

I am not sure if they make it but check out UFO plastic. They make a complete kit for the TE's but I never saw it in Parts Unlimited for the 610. Also may want to look at the Cemoto.

Or maybe try your local dealer?

There are no after market kits for the 610 that I know of. You could probably adapt a few things like fenders but the rest is unique to the 610. Other than possibly Zupin, I think you will have to order OEM parts from you're local dealer.

well all i want is the stock ones i dont want anything different just ones that arent orange

If there’s nothing wrong with the ones you have (not broken…) and it’s only that they’re painted the wrong color I would simply take a rattle can to them
Would be a lot cheaper and it’ll be uniquely yours…

Make it camo like mcinfantry’s bike
Say, where is Lee mcinfantry anyway? :excuseme:

well they are beat up and i KNOW very soon they will get messed up i just want to go ahead and know where to get them and yeah till thn i will paint them but once they are trashed what then?

Have you contacted any dealers?

You say you are frustrated, so I had assumed it was a parts availability issue, but you did not really say what you have tried.

Not sure about the 610, but Hall's has a wide range of plastics in stock and ready to ship. Give 'em a try.

Is it true that if you order the OE plastics, you have to order the decals separately and then apply them yourself?

Yes, and they are not cheep.
There is a guy on SMJ that is going to get around to the 610 after he finishes a 450, 510 and a KTM. :applause:
He will be doing a complete kit of your choice and so far, they look awesome.

You paint them again. A painting friend of mine took some fine sandpaper and sanded my plastics and then put some primer on them which got ride of 99% of the scratches and then painted over the primer with my color. It looked great and all it cost me was two cans of paint and a six pack.

You may also want to roam supermoto junkie for spare plastics. Seems to be a lot of it on there at times.

so i talked to my friend who is a professional painter....mann im retarded for not thinkin of this sooner....anyway if i prep them he will paint them or in his words teach me and make sure i dont screw it up i pain but im no pro anyway its going to be flat black hopefully almost like stock. we will paint it with some epoxy paint he has it is suppose to be really strong. not im going to look into ordering the stock graphics. i might not though it could be the mystery bike lol just as long as some retard doesnt think its a KTM......in the words of my dad "no one will think that piece of S@$# is a KTM"
