Definite possibilities but I was thinking more along this line...haha

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.
When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.
Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.
Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.
Thanks for your patience and support!

I checked out their website and ended up ordering a set of their Evolution Air Footpegs in "red". Outside of the fact they look cool, I was sold on the ability to install them at a lower than stock height.

Front slider set doesn't fit. It's actually for the SM 630. I bought it hoping it would fit. Awww...

Like the product to the "chain tension" smart and simple .... Nice
Except it covers all the chain adjustment hash marks on the swingarm. How do you align your chain now? Measure each time?

Are you talking about my sliders? I don't use those hash marks to align my wheel; they're notoriously inaccurate. I have a Motion Pro tool for that.Except it covers all the chain adjustment hash marks on the swingarm. How do you align your chain now? Measure each time?

12 port fuel injection nozzle from a KX450F to replace the stock 4 port.
Will post up a report when I get time to install it

Be advised, the front axle setup won't fit the TE. The website just says "Husky 630".
I sent them an email about it. They want me to take some measuments. I wonder if they're going to set me up with something that fits.

I didn't compare my hash marks with the tool's reading. You only need to check the alignment when you change the chain tension. The tension bolts are set at that point. There's no need to re-align for every tire change.Yes your sliders with integrated chain blocks. My hash marks are pretty accurate, wouldn't want to lose them and have to use a tool to measure each time. Especially for long trips with tire changes required, chain adjustment needed and possible flat repairs on the fly.
So when you used your Motion Pro tool how far off did you find your hash marks were? Couldn't you then just set a correlation factor so you didn't need to use tool each time? i.e. left side of swingarm is +1 hash mark, etc.

Appreciate it. I'll keep you posted.I live just a few miles from those guys. Great shop. I'd be happy to take my bike down there for measurements if that helps. I've been in the market for some sliders for a while now. Jtemple- let me know if that will help expedite things!
Any more info on the chain alignment tool? I use sliding calliper which is a bit of a hassle.
