Cafe Husky Members,

Over the last few years, I have been involved in restoring a few different Huskys & have been chasing up parts for my 1995 WR 125 & 2000 WR 360 that will fit onto these bikes.

I have made up an extensive Excel spreadsheet with 18 years of various different part numbers & info for the 125/250/300/360 & I would like to share it with everyone & make it a sticky.

It has been made up from Hall’s & Husqvarna Outlet parts catalogues that I have downloaded from the net, so im not exactly 10 % on the part numbers just what has been indicated in these catalogues.

Hi I have recently bought a husqvarna wr125 1996 2 stroke and I am having real trouble trying to find a barrel fo it mine has got a crack in sum 1 plz help me ??

When we find parts from a certain year that fit other years / models, even if the part numbers don't match, would this be a good place to post that info? For example, I just ordered a set of 1996 360 WXE radiator shrouds from ebay, because I'm fairly sure they will fit my 1999 WR 250, although they will look a bit different. If my assumptions turn out to be correct, it might help someone else some day since the 1999 LH shroud is NLA. I'll edit this post once I know for sure or will delete it if I am told this thread isn't the place for it. Thanks - Jonathan

Edit: The left side bolts right up. The right side doesn't match up with the radiator mounting point. It could probably work with a custom bracket for the shroud on the right.

Just letting everyone know a yz250 moose carbon fiber pipe guard fits a pro circuit wr300 pipe almost perfectly.

Have a 1998 WR 360, I'm looking for a clutch cable, it has a pretty good bend right out of the case for clearance from the water line from the case to the cylinder. The parts list has no cross reference for this. Any one know what else fits or where to get a new one ?

I am changing over the plastic on my 2002 CR250 for the more modern stuff that came on the 2005-2007. I think the tank I need is a 2005-07 WR250 (2 stroke) piece. I can get a new one for about $300. Does anyone know for sure if this is correct, or have a decent used one they'd be willing to sell? Thanks, Kevin

Hi,
I have found that in some countries the same Husky was called a different name.
So 92-96 CR,WR,WRE,WXE,WMX,WXC Parts, will mostly fit eachother.
From what I can tell so far the WR=WXC and WRE=WXE
(so maybe the CR=WMX not to sure on that)
and were the CR's 5 speed?
with the others being 6 speed?

Is that correct?

As an example many here think its a 92-94 CR 250,
yet the piston is listed as a Wiseco 699M06700 for a WXE, ($160AU)
and is apparently interchangable with a Wossner for a 92-96 WR/CR 250. ($160AU)
The rod apparently interchangable with a 2000-2002 KTM SX 250 rod (req. crank pin mod) ($130AU+)

Theres some prices in Australian dollars too to give people an idea what they are in for****************************************

Anyone know which Crank Bearings and seals will fit a Husky CR/WR/WXE/WXC 92-96?
+ Big and small end bearings?
Mine has no play just want to do them all at once ,and/or get the rod kit, as am Changing Crank anyway.

I found some answers
KTM 250 SX 2000-2002 Rod fits with just a slightly longer crank pin,
So the big and small end bearings should fit.
The small end is available aftermarket from wiseco, and is also used on Yamaha and others.
Crank bearings, I am not sure on.

The CDI's are interchangable on many Husky's
WR250's 95-2010 apparently,
WXE/WXC 250 and 360 93-96
WR 300 2009 - 2010,
and even some KTM CDI's fit some models.

Just as a FYI the mid 90's husqvarna 250/360 wheel will fit a 2000 cr/wr 125

Both files are Microsoft Excel format (spreadsheets). Just click on the files and they should open for you. They open on my iPad fine.

You can use 97-01 Honda cr 250 piston direct fit, Small end bearing 18 x 22 x 22,. a direct replacement con rod kit Yamaha yz 250 1999 on.

hi I have a 1999 Husqvarna cr250 and I am in need of a new crankshaft and I cant seem to find one any where would anybody know where I can find one or one that will work?
