• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Yep, I had to go use the laptop to straighten it out....

And a big thanks to Bill for supporting the riders all year, Gold Sponsorship of the OMRA and the goodie bags BMP and Husqvarna provided for the trophy winners.

I gave it a try Bill, the heads were on the bottom, so I decided to try laying on the other end of the couch, but the dog wouldn't even negotiate .
Looked like great results even still:)

Those first 2 guys, Mark and Nelson will now be in the same class. Nelson won 50Am and got bumped to 50Expert. BMP and Husqvarna lent a hand in making sure both of them are on 2013 TXC310Rs this year.

The 50 Expert line keeps getting redder, now we need more of the youngsters to learn from the masters what leads experienced riders to choose Husqvarna and BMP.

Thank you Lonny for the write up, looks like 50 expert will be a fun challenge this year. Thank you Bill and Husqvarna for the awesome deal on the new bike!

I got drafted found my new OMRA. card hidden in a sticker envelope. on the counter.50 EXPERT I don't ride often enough to be expert at anything;but since only ride for fun it really doesn't matter what class I ride.

I got a feeling you'll ramp back up on your riding skills pretty quickly :0)

...and that makes ANOTHER Red bike on the 50 line. A couple years ago I was often the lone Husky on my 511 in the whole field, and now we about to become the majority in the class....wow! This wouldn't have happened without Bill and the BMP gang.
