As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.
When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.
Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.
Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.
Thanks for your patience and support!
need to know! does it fit???? Kelly enquiring minds want to know? also is the bigger tank available? is that kriega water proof, or would you go with the 30? or with alpinstars tech aero?
I have a Nomad tank. It does not fit my 2012.
Kelly, Is the larger tank available? I'd read in an earlier post about a two gallon tank, not sure what size that is in french as I only speak american! but I assume from this post that the almost a gallon tank will fit my 2013?Huh? why not?
The tail section on the 2012 is different than the 2011. Is that the problem?
I have been in contact with him about this rack. I am a little worried about how this mounts to the subframe? Do you think it's tough? Looks like angle that bolts to the tail of the subframe without side support? And what are the self tapping screws for?http://nomadic-racks.com/index.php?...id=62#!/~/product/category=976078&id=21596124
Where's the love? She flipped and came down somehow, mostly on the rightside of the handlebars in such a way as to not break anything but bent them. She also hit her tail in the rightside (As did I and it still hurts....was thinking divorce for a little while)

. And when I'm hitting whoops, I have to hang my bum all the back and I'm sure I will be hitting bag or Rotopax, because the rack spanked me a few times (shes spanked me without the rack before
) on the expected-unexpected stuff that jumped out in front of me. So for me, I think this rack will work well.
.....
