Hello,
I started this thread to introduce myself. I am Dutch so my English won't be perfect.
Riding motorcycles about 11 years now. Always had a Ducati. Started with a Monster 600, than a Monster 800 S2R and after that I bought a MTS 1100S. For Ducati standards a real comfortable bike meant to be used for long drives with my girl.. To bad she never went with me.
After all these years the Ducati brand started to annoy me. Everything is expensive, all dealerships in the Netherlands are hostile against each-other and if you have a problem with your bike, you as bike owner are in between these 'male chicken'fights...
I started to look into something new and different, something Fun! and ended up exchanging my Ducati MTS 1100S for a Husqvarna SMS/R 630 Seel Replica. This was a bike used as demo and it had 630km (yes km it is the Netherlands) on its ODO(?).
The dealer gave the bike a total service (oil, filters etc.) and installed the 'full power' kit.
I rode it home and have not thought about all my previous bikes since...
What fun is a Husqvarna!!
I don't think I will often visit this forum, but still I wanted to join, because it is always usefull to 'know' people with knowledge about things you like
.
Best regards
