• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

New Website

The font on the motorcycle selections is difficult to read. Then again, I'm on my phone so I'm sure it is great on a PC. Site really looks great though!

Its a bit difficult on my 24" monitor too....

click for large pics would be a nice addition, but overall a big improvement.

...site looks great  ..now I need you to get Walt's 165 kit w/FMF exhaust combo on there..I need to buy this ...but now I'm linked up my PayPal account with BillMeLater and I can actually afford to buy stuff!

Very confusing as to who to contact about different products. Can't you two guys sort that out on your end rather the person looking for parts?

Working on it but here is the short version...

Me (Kelly owner of Motosportz):

- All CNC parts, dampers, rotor guards, axle buts and future products
- in house skid plates like for the TR650
- WB165 kits
- trailtech goodies
- JD carbs and tuners
- Motoz tires

Mike

- maintenance parts like air filters, oil filters brake pads, chain and sprockets etc
- Some rad guards and skid plates
- plastic

will be much more obvious here shortly when we move tot he new web site and it is all clear whats what.

thanks
Kelly

Love the new web sight, just sent bills a wish list for preventive overhaul on my 04, but I see some lowered pegs and bar risers in my very near future. Thanks for what you guys do for Husky.

My only hope is that you ship to Australia and dont charge extortioate postage fees. I think you'll find lots of Australian customers. Good luck with the business.

We have shipped to Australia for many years as well as the rest of the world. Not an issue and costs about $40 for most stuff for the fast reliable method.
