  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

FE/FC New to CafeHusky and new to Husky

My new fun is Titanium bolts.. probably the silliest parts buying ever but they are sooooo god damn shiny!!!
My list started very simple. Scar racing TI pegs and flo racing TI sproket bolts.
Then I got excited... soooooooo
Racetech Titanium bolts are the bulk of the buy but have been lucky with Amazon, flo Motorsports and scar racing and now with warp9wheels!!!
Titanium bolts list:
Steering clamp
Mid pipe
Upper triple clamp
Lower triple clamp
Front axel
Handle bar mounts
Fork guard
Number plate
Front disk
Rear disk

The laughing part is.. I could have taken a big shit before race for the same weight loss but shiny things make me happy

Looking pretty with the 90 inches of snow this month

Spring came early in Colorado and I have been ripping the bike a lot lately. Finally comfortable on her and the suspension is perfect.
The wife purchased a cart of parts from rocky mtn atv that was not needed for valentines days so since she bought them I had to be stoked to install them so I don't have to sleep on the couch. One of those was the 270mm Galfer front big disk kit. Although not needed it makes very awesome brakes even better!
I purchased the MSR Funnel web airfilter since I am installing the P3D airbox filters.
Overall very happy with the bike ✊
