• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

New Husqvarna Site

Bad ASS!

Now we just need a new USA only one......maybe not?

Dig the '09 fashion stuff.

I'm so "ready" for that new TC250 it hurts.

A little too much information Pvduke

That site is interesting for sure. The Flash based moving pictures give me a headache in 2 seconds. If someone from Husqvarna is reading this you may want to keep in mind that nobody will be on a Husqvarna site unless they were interested in Husqvarna bikes - you already have the audiences (viewers) attention and that might be a "turn off". It is for me.

Ad block plus while using Fire Fox will block that. There is a tiny shaded out 'block' near the upper right hand corner of the image. On animated gifs the image can be right clicked - not so with flash based pictures.

I bet that 530 is about as much fun possible on the street.

- as for the 09 styling I far prefer the simple black/white/red like my 08 TXC. The splash crap went out a long time ago and i was happy to say goodbye. But that's just me, i think i am in the minority. No matter EZ fix and fun to customize.

This is going to get interesting.

Apparently they aren’t going to homologated it for street use, not that it’ll stop any determine hooligans…;);)
Wonder how that dual exhaust sounds?

How come from the entire lineup there’s only three models without the black rims?
Wouldn’t it be more cost efficient to have them across the board (at lest a nice throw-in for the customers…)?
:excuseme:

Okay I wonder if this stuff will be in the USA any time soon. I'm really hoping that BMW/Husky get better in the swag department, cause right now it's non-existent. I'd love to have some branded casual gear.

As far as the site goes, it looks pretty consistent with what you see from other sites these days. At least something is happening.

They do not have my local dealer in there. You think they would want to make sure they have them all. Town and Country in northern NJ.

If you do you will be in style again. I just looked through the new motosport outlet catalog. Pretty much every gear company is makeing stuff in early 90's styles and colors.
