• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

TE/TC NEW BIKES

Just saw a new TE125/FC350/TC250 and FE350. Wasn't paying too close of attention to the FCs but I'm pretty sure if memory serves me they now have the 4CS forks.
FE/TE have the new style front fender headlight combo and they all have new gripper style seat covers which definitely look and feel very grip like!
TE125 comes with a spark arrestor, plastic skid plate and I noticed it has the new Dunlop AT81 tires. FE350 essentially looks the same as my '14 except for graphics, seat cover and fender/headlight combo.
TE125 was a beautiful little bike and they all had great details such as the triples, hubs, rims etc!

I have talked to a few dealers today, one in NY THE SAID BY 15th, one Iowa they said same, along with just got of the phone with dealer in TX they said stuff was slightly held up in customs but by 15th... I guess only time will tell

Got mine today both a new TE 125 and TE 300 Well at least I got my new graphics to make the old Husky that I made look like a 2014. Well by next race it will be looking like a 2015. Last race with the #1 plate but with just a finish it will have a #2 next year

Have to thank Matt at Avik again

Here's my new 2015 TE125. Haven't had a chance to ride it other then a short ride in a field. Loving the feel of everything and can't wait to get it out for a shake down.
