  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

need 2011 TE310 owners manual

kenf

Husqvarna
AA Class
I picked up my shiny new TE310 on Wed, but was missing the USB key with the full manual on it, just had the "quick start" guide. Dealer was kinda clueless, didn't even know there was supposed to be a USB key attached. He scrounged around for a bit and came up with a key, but when I got home it was from a different bike and was for the 2010. Called them back and he still didn't know what happened to the key. I'm sure he will eventually track one down for me, but I'd imagine I'll be well past the first maintenance by the time that happens.

So...is the pdf for the 2011 manual available online anywhere, or would somebody be willing and able to email me a softcopy if not?

Thanks!
KF

You only get the "owners" manual on the USB key. No one on this forum has yet to find a manual for these.

The TE310 owner's manual is available online at:

http://www.husqvarna-motorcyclesna.com/manual.php

It is the only owner's manual currently online on that site.

Note: There is no workshop manual currrently available, although there is a 2010 TE250 one linked in another thread here that should work for quite a few things. For now.

There is a workshop manual available for 2011 TE310 . ( I have one ! ) .

But You have to buy it from a good dealer on CD . ( Husky Sport in UK ).

I also am looking for a service or workshop manual for my 2009 Husqvarna TE310. I might have a bad timing chain and need to see what it will take to replace it.
Any ideas please message me. Thanks.

Thanks guys. My dealer couldn't find a listing for the workshop manual, but they did point me to the Husky Australia support site, which looks identical to the US one linked above, but has quite a few more models, and a much better copy of the pdf (much higher resolution images, and includes Appendix A with the maintenance schedule, which is one of the main things I was looking for).

I'll have to keep digging for the shop manual too.

Thanks!

I'm also looking for a service manual for a 09 TE 310. Is this something I can order through a dealer? I don't have one locally so I'll have to be getting parts shipped to me.

I quoted your messages so you would be alerted to come here...

I've strongly urged HNA to put as many manuals as they can online, they seem to be putting the owners & parts manuals online, but last I checked they were not done with the (large) task.

Another source for manuals: http://www.halls-cycles.com/
They can sell the workshop CD in addition to what they have on their site.
