• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

I've finally got them from my cell fone,,,I do have more but they will not load to the pix place, need to call verizon.
The Yellow plate bike is Ty's veterans cup bike
The White plate bike is Bobby Gs MX1 bike

both had oil coolers, 2 slightly different setups, and a bunch of ZipTy catalog items. Both ran Marzocchi forks.

Any word on when Bobby will race again in the ama stuff?

That top photo shows the air fins for the radiators safety wired on :)

on the husky i never secure the rad louvers they stay put, but on my katos, they were always drilled and clipped with those reusable type clips/pins. (food for thought if you want to attach them) or as ZipTy did with safety wire. good eye on that.
I have more cell phone fotos that won't work, verizon said they would help me with that.

Ohlins rear shocks on both.
Pietro (from Italia) the Marzocchi suspension wizard was in the pits and was on-site with Zoke forked bikes.

Can you Email them from your phone to yourself and then post them?

Why do you think my little old stock 125 works so well for this old man
Pietro and FBF set it up. Now Pietro has been working with Ty and the Zip Ty crew . Ty has my Wr 250 now and has been in contact with Pietro ,if they can make it work like my 125 i will be so happy

I always crash and have bent radiators and I have lost 2-3 of the louvers so I was watching for what the PROs might be doing for the same issue :) ....

Probably the dual chamber Marzocchis on front !

I just got off the horn with verizon,,,my pix place album was overstuffed with lack of space for new fotos they gave me more memory there and I re-sent all the pix without resolution reduction, when I get to my other computer later I will (finally) post all the shots from GH. And hopefully in higher res for the ones all ready posted.

Yeah Pietro is well known in the GP pits and is for sure a character of sorts. I had always heard of him called Pedro, so I thought he was Spanish, but that is the SoCal slip, so when we spoke he said the Socal crowd all call him Pedro, but he is Italian and his real name is Pietro. He just laughs it off and goes with the Pedro moniker. Pietro is da mang with the Zoke plan!!!
WOW Ajax checked in!! John I am targeting your 100s MC Nat for my post op racing debut and for a bike/body test prior to Tecate Enduro.
