    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

hi guys n girls i have a 2010 tc250 and am in need of more power! i am loking for more mid so i dont have to rev as hard! what mods does anyone know of to make more mid power!
 
Call Halls and get their jetting and carb mods then add a Leo Vince. Both did wonders on my 2010. The carb mods made starting easy hot or cold and the slip on gave the bike way better mid and even a boost on top. I did them both at the same time so I'm not sure how each feel alone. I did install the stock can a while back just to see and it was weak with the current jetting.
 
As John01 mentions, the exhaust is really the only "easy" thing you can do to the '10 to get some more power. I did the same things to my '10 TC and the pipe made the biggest difference. There's also an Akropovic for that bike that includes an "expansion chamber". Although I've never tried it, I bet the header with expansion would give a bit more than just a slip-on.

Hi , i have a near new full HGS exhaust system to suit your TC ,got it for my TE but am going back to a 2 stroke.HGS are known for there excellent top quality pipes/exhausts and it will give good mid and loads more top end power search this forum and you will find a few pics/reviews of the same system fitted to a Bali racing TC which has a trick red silencer,mine is the standard aluminium finish.Only problem sending it to Aus is very expensive ,can forward some pics etc if you are interested. Looking for £245 plus shipping ,cost new £550 ,Thanks Steve.

Pics posted, what i have is as follows new alloy silencer/carbon end, test fitted to bike not used(Has a few marks from storage/fitting) 1 Used front pipe (As new) 1 used intermediate pipe (Good as new but has marks from the standard husky guard )1 new mounting strap and bracket(stainless strap still has protective film on)new bolts/springs/gasket,Plus a new spare front pipe which is unused .As stated only been test fitted to my bike,You will find no better made system than HGS the pipes are all stainless and the silencer is alloy/stainless/carbon.Thanks Steve.

Hi ,my son has a 2009 wr 125 which Walt has converted to 144 and he sent the cylinder kit out last week so should be with me any time, it currently has a FMF fatty on but we also have an HGS front pipe also to try and see which works best on it as a 144 ,Walts good work also spreading to the UK:banana:
