• Husqvarna Motorcycles Made In Sweden - About 1988 and older

  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

ML frame 360 cr . crank case required . what else matches ?

Pro Class
we have a ml framed cr 360 mikkola gp which has had the cases welded on the left side from the intake right round to the front engine mount . it does run at the moment and run well however on closer inspection its not ideal and requires attention .

what other cases will fit ? years and cc etc ?

has anyone got any they want to sell in usable condition and you will be welcome to come and ride them if you are ever in new zealand .

i see this on ebay. for alright money . is this usable with a clean up ? i think it is as the corrosion looks to be "growth on the case " as opposed eating through the cases "

while im on the subject whats the done thing when the bush in the outside case for the gearshift is all slogged out ? replacements ? or get creative and machine it out and fab something ?

I would not bother with anything looking that bad and pay any kind of money for it. I would hold out for something better on eBay or maybe someone here has what you need. 390 cases may work but would require different front engine mounts as the 390 is 2 point while the 360 is 1 point

can anyone chime in on what other cases will fit ? or is it 360 only ? have heard the 250 case is the same apart from the hole for the bore ? and what years ? am i stuck to 74 75 and 76 ?
so obviously the auto case is different .
is cr and wr the same case ? i know they are for nearly everything else . just wanna check before i ship something halfway round the world

Any 360 case, CR or WR is the same, dont know about the 250s. Those cases look fine to me, as George said, bead blast and coat with a thin layer of epoxy and its good.
