  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Anyone got one or ever had one? There's a few on eBay that arn't too bad on price?
If I did get one, do you think it would improve my low end bogging?
I'd also like more torque from low end.
I've already got the 12 port injector and ecu...
Cheers

Exactly what bike would this be for?
I had a Mivv can on my Tuono. Sweet baby Jesus and The Mother of God there was no better sound than that thing at start up or full song.

Wow, that looks nice. It's for my te250
I need more beef low down to pull my huge ass out of the corners. I wang the throttle round and nothing happens unless I change down and keep the revs high

If there were a model avaiable for my 08te510, I would get it, just because of the incredible build and quality I've experienced with Mivv.. It's not going help you with any real world power issues though. You need a bigger bike for your huge ass.

whats the story with that RC 51 back there? Wish I would have never sold mine...
I got screwed out of a 2000 RC and didn't get around to getting one till I found a left over sitting for two years in a dealer show room. Now it's my weekend get away and knee down play bike. Love that bike.

Well well well, look what we have here...
Took ten weeks, a load of wrangling, a negative feedback and a tasty discount but nevermind because I now have it!

Looks nice. I see you've got the header and muffler. What is the little canister for on top of header? I would imagine that pipe will give you some extra
grunt but you may need to tweek your FI to compensate for the extra flow. Give us report when you get er' hooked up.
Oh... and the dog legs in the background I'm guessing belong to a Maltese or maybe a Poodle ??
