lowered seat

hey guys. i want to lower my bike but i dont want to lose any of my suspension so i was looking into getting a lowered seat for my txc 310 but i cant find one online. is there one made for this particular bike? can i use a seat for a different model similar to the txc 310 such as the TE 310? will i just have to deal with it being a little tall.

Here is the lowered seat from the Husqvarna special parts book part number 8000H2442 it says its 35mm lower and will suit 2008 to 2012 TC TXC TE. Hope this helps.

I cut the foam in mine myself. I used and electric turkey knife and sandpaper.

The lowered seat is not really all that low....certainly not 35mm.

It helps a little but does keep you from moving forward on the bike for turns.
