A Class
So I just did a great ride in the desert here in Arizona on my now year and a half old TE 250. What a great little bike. It handles like its on rails. Is so light and manageable and so far reliable. It starts fast every time hot or cold. The JD kit seems to have made the fueling perfect and no stalling issues whatsoever. I did have the suspension changed and set up by ESP in Southern California. I just really like this bike. I was riding with a buddy on his KTM EXC 350 and while it has a bit more 'grunt" in 3 and 4th gear it does not "smoke" my 250. Its a nice bike and its the only bike I would consider trading up for ( or a Husky 310) but after today's ride I am keeping the 250. At 52 years old I do not ride that hard and the 250 is plenty for me. The only problem I have is the oil drain bolt was over tightened and I have stripped it trying to get it off so that has to be replaced. Other than that... the bike has been a 10 !!
