    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

8000H5023 has been replaced by the new setup.

8540193 (shaft and kick lever boss) is a direct replacement kit for 8000h5023. Price is $86.25. Bad news is this kit is currently unavailable and I estimate 6-8 weeks before delivery to me. But for customers with immediate need, I have been selling 8539464 (shaft) for $39.25 and 8539465 (kick lever assembly) $91.99.

Where can I buy the 8539464 shaft?
 
Right now you can't buy them anywhere, you have to wait for more to be made by ktm and it doesn't seem like a priority.
 
Wrong. The parts are available. I was just talking with a parts guy. Just because you can't get what you need does not mean the rest of us are in the same boat with you.

He also informed me, that the parts for the ITL made bikes are out there. The delay is in the system currently with the delivery aspect AND not due to lack of parts.

Would some administrator please lock this thread before more inaccurate BS is spewed here. All the updated part numbers for the kickers are listed above and no other data is really needed at this time on this specific subject.

I have 10 shafts I imported for sale if any one still needs the shaft.

I'm located in nz but shipping is very reasonable from here)

Im also now in need of part 8000H5023 replaced by 8540193 which do not seem to be available anywhere, i have even tried 8539464 with 8539465 but cant find these either.

My bike has been off the road for 8 months now does anyone have these parts for sale or know of alternatives that fit?

Hi, I know its a long reach, but still I have to ask :).
Do you still have one shaft (8539464) left?
