• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

JGR and Stewart done already??

I was just told by a friend who seen it on racerx that pingree said there were 2 number24 Suzuki's and one of them look a lot like stewie lol

Sounds alot like silly season ... Why would a guy who has chosen not to run the outdoors since 2008 because it does not pay well enough to warrant his time, ... choose to ride the outdoors after he just lost the ride he had for the last 3(?) yrs ... He's supposedly hurt now and can't ride the sx races? But is gonna jump on an unknown bike and ride the mx season in ~4 weeks?

Stranger things have happened but ... I only see RV1 dominating the outdoors .... This will put js7 in his rear view mirror on total # of 450 championships ...

Man I've been checking this thread just to see when you would say " I told you so!" Now can I have the winning lotto numbers please :D.

Odd how Davi looks to finish the season in 2nd OA on his JGR YZF450. But you never know maybe Stew really has never gelled with the "slant/reverse" motor machine.

Stewart seems mentally defeated to me.

He aint the #259 of old who would beat the field by a minute (on a 125, no less) and then do the sprinkler dance on the podium while flashing a huge smile. The talent has caught up, passed him and doesn't show any signs of slowing down. He cant win on talent alone anymore and I dont think he wants to put the work in required to beat RV. That dude oozes moto from every pore and is the new standard... super talent meets super work ethic. An RC clone if there ever were one.

I am a JS fan and would love to see him turn it around, but he doesn't give the impression that his hearts is in the game anymore.

Or I could be totally wrong and he comes out and waxes the field on a Zuki. The internet may very well implode if that happens!

lol ...A moment of clarity and classic silly season ...

Stew has never complained much if any on the bike ... And he has not tried to get off it for another brand in recent times ... The experts in the seats are the ones who say the bike is bad ...

He also seems to run the 8 lap heat races very well .... It ain't the bike ...

I've quit reading his messages to fans here lately but in the past, he never made excuses ... He always said he crashed ..lol ...

Pujols finally hit a home run.

Woods missed cut

Earnhardt and Danica lose another race.

Some trends end, some continue
