  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

125-200cc I need help

Roberto

Husqvarna
AA Class
Hello friends
I need some photos, PDF files, videos or tutorials on how to reset the axis of the pedal rates Husqvarna WR 125.
Can someone help me.

I'd guess Roberto wants to install his power valves...:excuseme: or install the footpeg springs... time will tell

ok looked at the pixs we know what he broke wth dozy want to know wont that shaft go in from the clutch side who speaks brazilian portuguese?

Hi Roberto
It is a simple process, you will need a new side cover gasket
1. Remove exhaust and select neutral
2. Drain the oil and the coolant from the engine and remove hose from water pump outlet
3. Remove gear lever/pedal from selector shaft(LHS)
4. Remove RHS side cover, clutch cover can remain on side cover.
# Note how the selector shaft hooks over the shift drum pins, with the double hook
5. Remove gear selector shaft assembly from engine by simply pulling on the end of the shaft.
# It should come out easily, if not you will need to push the gear lever side (LHS) of the shaft.
They normally come out quite easily.
6. Install new selector shaft through engine
# make sure to put the double hook back over the shift drum pins the way it came out. This will allow the selector shaft to engage the shift drum
7. Check the length of the splined end of the selector shaft on the LHS side to allow the gear lever/pedal to seat correctly on the splined end (LHS) of the shaft.
8. Install gear lever/pedal and check gear selection
8. Clean off old gasket and replace with new one
9. Reassemble the side cover, exhaust and water pump outlet hose
10. Fill engine with oil and coolant and check for leaks
Then your good to go

To all big thump up :thumbsup::thumbsup:

I've seen similar request for info on other forums and the guy was totally brushed off as a lunatic.

You do that for me, my friend
Will be of great help, I will wait for the photos
thank you very much

Unfortunately the 360 shifter doesn't go through the tranny and is quite a bit different. I will be doing this in a couple of weeks and can do a pictorial for you but that is a long way off. It really is fairly straight forward on the 125 so you should be able to handle the procedure.
