• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Husky to Left KTM to Right of me....

if you turn to the right and go down the road to the Cul De Sac that's where WP North America resides. You can see their box van in the lot.

Shit juicy u only 30. Makes me feel old at 34 this year!

Shit, I'm right "in the middle" like racemx coming up on 43. I thought you and Juicy were my age. Yet also right there with being 10+years and 10+mph slower than Robert. Looking forward to starting on the same line as TC at Gorman now that we're same class.

Geez guys, my Hi-Point boots are older than both of you...

Hey! I still got my pair of Hi-Points from 1972. They're in pretty good shape, too (better than my Tech 8s by far) 'cause it turns out I was still growing when I got those size 12s. Outgrew 'em in less than a season.

I keep 'em for nostalgia's sake; can't find my Torsten Hallman leathers though. I think they're around somewhere though.

Wished I lived next to Husky... although I'd be rootin' in their dumpsters for throw-aways probably. A friend of mine has a kid who works at WP IIRC- which is about as close as I'm going come to freebies.

Doesn't somebody have a test track up I-15 from there? (...sorry, I mean "the" 15)
