• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Husky catalog Race Goggles Lens Type?

Husky Style on website shows 100% Acurri googles, not the same as RM's

not those, the same model as the rocky mountain catalog are the ones I have. the 2015 husky catalog I just looked at has both and has them reversed, the entry level goggles are called the race goggles and vice versa.

great.......
To Whom It May Concern:

Thank you for your email. We do not carry any replacement lens for these goggles. I apologize for any inconveniences. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you,

driving me nuts there is nothing of from where they sourced them... for now i am using my beat up lens. If I dont get an answer from Husky through my dealer I will shelve them and go back to Xbrand, ariete, or scott

or better yet just as rocky mountain to take a lens out and match it up to the 25 or so replacement lens they sell. My guess it's one of the big names one scott.

Its crazy because the 100% Racecraft model goggle looks identical in fotos with the exception of 100% logos.....but we ordered the 100% standard goggle lens and it was not the correct shape. I will head over to one of our local multi brand on the shelf moto shops and look for a match. As we know these things are sourced from the same place as one of the major brands, my older red husky goggles were pro grip sourced but that was easy they acknowledged the brand and had progrip molded in branding on them. These new wht husky goggles have ID on them.
PS this really is not an issue..(but of course I want to solve it)..I can go get anyone of 20 different goggles that are high quality within minutes of my home here in San Diego, we are moto dealer heavy here.

I've been doing some investigating and I think they use the Scott 80 series works lens
I took the lens out of my husky goggles and compared it to a picture from motosport

I have the same goggles and like you I had the same curiosity about replacement parts here is a list of accessories I found in the KTM catalogue I already use the tearoffs and I am going to order a clear double lens to check it out.

I gave up and went back to my X-Brand goggles, I like the smaller X-Brand (EKS Brand) frame anyway. And have blue lens installed but also have yellow on standby I'm liking blue now was never a fan before. Anyone want a "pair" of Husqvarna power parts catalog White frame goggles- they need new lenses.......
