Cody and I were so stoked for a weekend of racing and riding. Friday rolls around and the weather forcast was for heavy rain starting at noon on Saturday (race day). I tell Cody it'll be OK because if Saturday washes out we can at least ride Sunday (today) because it's supposed to quit raining early evening and be sunny, dry and warm all day Sunday.
We wake up Saturday at 5 AM to rain. I call the track and it's raining there but they plan to run anyway... "don't come if you're not a good mud rider"... Cody isn't. Back to bed. Wake at 9 AM. DRY! Call the track... DRY! "perfect conditions". Too late to get there in time for sign up. No rain the rest of the day!!! Cody is bummed.
Oh well, at least we can ride tomorrow.
Wake at 5 this morning. RAIN! Check TNT's website... "heavy rain all through the night, trails closed, tracks will only be open to expert riders".

I hate weather men!
I think I'll take the Hodaka for a spin around the cul-de-sac just to annoy the neighbor that likes to call the cops on me.
