• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Husqvarna
I just acquired this bike a few days ago. I am having trouble figuring out which make this is. The person i got this from was unsure. He said it was the "world champion edition".

The title says its a 1994 and the first 6 of title are: ZHUTE610
base on this i assumed it was a 1994 610te.

Looking for parts for a 1994 610te has been unsuccessful. I can't seem to find a "610 te" made in 1994. Kelly blue book was the same....no 1994 610 te.

I called the local ktm dealer to run the vin....they where unsure. said the vin was not registered. the last 6 of my vin came up with 2 options: Strador 610 OR a TE510. I sent then them some pictures (3days ago) and have not heard back

I can't seem to find any pictures of a similar bike either.

please help. I want to buy parts and ride this beast!
Thanks

Your bike is a 1994 WXC 610. The graphics are aftermarket ones by MXA. You will find KTM dealers are not helpful at all with husqvarna stuff, even if they try on your old bike they will probably screw it up as they already have.

yea my new local husky dealer cant speak Italian even though he wants to he cant even type in an Italian model or P/N into his computer the screen just go's blank

Yes 1994 WXC610. (Maybe WXE w/o lights-same bike basically) Looks like a Malcolm Smith Motorsports stainless pipe, or possibly an Uptite. For parts try, Halls, Motoxotica, Uptite or Bill's motorcycles plus.

I'm trying to id my bike,i think it's a 1996 the vin is not a 17 digit. The vin on there says cagiva-dgm53948om right below that says husqvarna2aa*000089*,the number on the engine is 2001 0163 anyone know of this vin numbers.
