• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Got new gear to match new bike (FLY LITE HYDROGEN) BLU/WHT

Just released in Europe, but not sure we'll see it in the US until '15... The new Arai MX-V in nice Husky colors.

Nice looking gear! I need to buy something similar, my red black and white gear doesn't go with the FE 350.

I've really only used Oneal jersey/pants because they're the right price and I like their fit 10 years ago (still do) but I may give something else a try. Apparently to my wife I just blend in with everyone else and I NEED new gear, works for me lol

The gear and the helmet look sweet, really like the new colors.
Didn't look like it was vented. Maybe it's lite enough that it breathes good.

yea its super lite weight not so much open vented like sahara, note I got XL gloves my usual size and normally XL are size 12, Fly XL is 11 and they are a little tight. all else good

That is a great looking helmet and I hope they are available in the US for those who want one. A few months ago I saw at the Husky web site a helmet that has Husky on it and it was in the new colors. But from what I saw it's not available in the US. To bad because I'm sure it would be popular here !

I gotta get some new gear also...Maybe I'll try the red and white ...Anything but black for me here so blue\white would also work ...
