• Husqvarna Motorcycles Made In Sweden - About 1988 and older

  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Maybe this bike is considered beeing a bit "too new" bike.....but it's still a 'left-kicker' you know. :)

I recently bought a -91 TE350 and realize now that parts for this one are very hard to find.
It's worth a nice resto as it is a former Enduro World Championship 'factory-bike' that was raced by a guy here in Sweden named Håkan Lundberg (he was 2nd total in 1990 Enduro World Championship - 350 class).

My main problem is to find the rubber boot between the carburator & aircleaner box....I haven't been able to find a new one, not even a good used one.
The part# is 8000 62762 and is also used on 1990 TE/TC510 and 1991-93 TE/TC610.
Any info about where to find one will make me a very happy Husky-lover

I'm also interested in other parts for this resto so if You know of any good sources, please let me know them.

Best Husky-regards // Jan "Fredde" Fredriksson

I have a '93 TE350 (US model 350WXC). I use Hall's Husqvarna in the US for parts. There used to be a shop in UK that specialized in parts, for single cam 4T bikes. Single Cam section is also a place to post this.

love the looks of the early italian bikes...great you are going to preserve it..at least its a four stroke and im sure some parts will swap from earlier swedes or later italians...

Hello all... 1st post on cafe. Nothing useful to add other than I have searched for months for the intake manifold for 1993 wr 250 with no results. Also brake parts for the Nissin calipers are not available. Bit of a forgotten era at the moment.
