• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Dalton Gauthier toped off the podium with His TC250 At Shippensburg speedway last Sunday
the week end started at Delta,Pa for the first race of the season,I was working and Dalton had
to deal with realty by Himself and had tire issues in the heat races and end up last
from the back row Dalton had a drive on the outside line and past 9 bikes to place 3rd
with 1 lap to go behind His buddy Colin Cunningham(Suzuki RMZ250) Dalton tried a pass on the inside of Cunningham but at the finish He was 3rd,the challenge of trying did put a smile on His face.
the next day at Shippensburg Dalton was all buisness from the getgo and showed very fast laps
in practice passing 450 and all,
He won His heat race behing second from the start and was third in the final from the start on the second lap He made a pass for second outside inside move and repeated it in the next turn for first after that theTC250 just pulled away
to dominate with a full straight away.
after the races were over Sunday the Husky toped the district 6 point lead in Pennsylvania.

Great Posts !!!
I've been following for a while but haven't seen a run down on the major mods to the bike. Looks like the suspension is lowered and 19" dirt track wheel/tire set-up ... handlebars ... any thing else ??

We rebuilded the engine this year with OEM Husky parts, new crank assy.,new piston, new timing chain etc.
the head was ported then shaved to raise compression,We machined to fit oversize buckets(24mm.)and
We got the cams regrinded by webcams,I put an older style inlet port on the Keihin carb(the rounded style airbox flange)
remove the airbox and stuff a K&N angled filter on it,it's fast reliable and it got so much easier to start...anytime.
it got a Jardine exaust on it and I machine My own 14 tooth front sprocket :D
stuff a 74 pound kid on it...get the hole shot and get the hell out!
