  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

125-200cc Flywheel Magneto Puller Needed

As long as they are the same size and thread direction. Get a two piece one with bolt that pushes in as they work better

I would watch urself there as my flywheel did not hav a thread to insert the 27mm x 1.25 thread puller I have one but my flywheel has 3 m8 holes criss cross from the flywheel nut I made my own by using 3 x m8 x 50mm bolts and 3 x m8 nuts and a slab off alloy measured the holes with a ruler on the flywheel and job more or less done, does urs hav a 27mm x 1.25 thread? in the middle?

sorry I shall re-phrase that,,,,,does your flywheel actually have a thread in the flywheel were the bolt is? if it does then I got ripped off buying my thing its been nothing but a pain in the arse, but a learning experience though?

yes, the flywheel is threaded.

Rockdancer, the size 22 x 1.5 - is the 22mm? and 1.5mm the thickness of the puller?

The size for the 08wr125 and wr250 is 22mm dia - 1.5 is the thread spacing

There is one on ebay but its the type without the bolt that pushes in to remove flywheel

Not sure if 09 is the same.[/quote]
