So yesterday I had the pleasure of getting my second flat tire in 10 years of riding
A screw punctured the tire (and I'm guessing there's a tube in there too). I called the dealer, they said they don't really patch tires (which is a bummer because it only had about 400 miles on it). They also said they usually put a 160 on the rear instead of a 150.
I don't really like the idea of putting a wider tire on because then I imagine there might be clearance issues with the chain etc not to mention won't handle as well as with the stock tire.
Have any of you switched to a 160? Was the difference noticeable?
I looked around online and am having trouble finding a 150 width tire.
