• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

FAR Husqvarna to race Enduro and GNCC Series

Sounds like you got a couple of hard chargers on board for riders and good luck on the racing season ...

Any word on the Zip Ty Racing Looks like there might not be a Husky Team out west for 2012
Any one heard different ???

Top picture looks great...bike in bottom pic looks like something is missing.

How did you get Andrew off of a 2 stroke?

On a serious note.....has Andrew tried the WR250 and WR 300 and back to back comparison times to the TXC or TC's?

I am aware the plug from Husky is the 4 stroke f's but if winning is winning and selling bikes, than whatevere he is faster on would my call if I was "king for a day"

Get those bikes ready...I think the boys are going to hammer down this year!!

Fred; are Jason and Andrew aware that when they joined up with FAR they got a free membership to 'cafehusky'?

And the friendship of a whole bunch of people really interested in what you guys are up too...

Photos, race reports, tech updates...bring 'em on.

This is a Tough Industry,Ty has been a great asset to the sport but we will be lucky if he is racing Huskys in 2012.

FAR is OPEN to HELP any and everyone with questions or what ever.... We want to help get more HUSQVARNA'S in the winners circle!!! So if you GUYS need any help FAR is here to help...

I will post more photo's of the team and bikes.. I always post race reports on Cafe Husky

Joe; The WR 250 will not be in the USA until January.. That would not leave us much time to test before the first Enduro.. Andrew has a 310 now and LOVES IT!! Andrew is testing in Enduro type trails.. I will do what ever it takes for Andrew and Jason do the best they can.....

Can't wait to see you guys(FAR that is) at the GNCC and NEPG races. I hope to make at least 2-3 rounds of each series.

Great news!!! Go Huskies go!!! I will try and get my Husky on some podiums in the motocross division, hopefully I can get some enduros in there too!! Best of luck!!!
