  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

250-500cc Decals for 93 Husky 360 WR (aust)

I was mucking around in the garage and noticed the plastic chain slider had broken a piece off and the rest was extremely fragile and crumbled in my hand. Are these still available through Husqvarna ?

thats the early 92 style pipe. dynoport will make you one

Thanks mate, it doesnt need a new pipe, just wasnt sure if the barrel was the new type or the older variant. I did like the way the power came on in my original 92 model. although the 98 that I also have is probably easier to ride.

I reckon if you could take some high def close ups that would be awsome, I am going to have 6 months of being stuck on a ship so might have some time to play with adobe photoshop or similar. I will PM you my email
Here is the left side of the WR showing the side stand

and this is the exhaust spigot is this the newer pipe ? or the unobtainable one

that exhaust is definitely the 92 only style
it goes over the exhaust port and was a 92 only
the power valve is also different in the 92
the power is fine but parts are tough to come up with
especially aftermarket due to the very short run

the part is not being provided
check dealers to find one in someones stock
as i recall it fits 4 strokes for a few more years

found this in my stuff when looking though my equipment, odd, not sure why
so a few years back after not finding the graphics available
i took my originals to a copy shop and had them make some decals,
they mapped and transposed both sides to come up with an uncut decal that could be used for either side
it is pretty close for accuracy but not perfect
i laid a tape on it for reference hope this might help
