		Hello Everybody

I have been running a low-comp head for a while to deal with crappy fuel, and I don't think I've been getting a clean burn of the mixture.

I pulled the head yesterday and the crown of the piston is blackened all over.

Question: can I de-coke the piston crown without pulling the cylinder? Or is it better to remove the cylinder (and maybe the piston too) to clean the piston so I don't risk the crud falling down into the bore?

Thanks!
