• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

You are about halfway to their usual delivery time. I have noticed that Bills has some Pirie stuff.... http://billshusky.com They may have the piece you are looking for.

I have a P3 header guard on my TXC511.... nice part, fits well but slow delivery is the order of the day.

I should have called Bills since thats where i bought the bike. Doesnt matter now i guess i put a big freakin dent in it this past weekend at a GP.

Too funny..... Got my skidplate from him and it took forever but it eventually came. I kept bugging him via e-mail and he eventually replied, rec'd my
order shortly thereafter.

I ordered one for my KTM in January.... I got it in March. I had sold the bike by then, but because it is such a nice item & hard to get I was able to sell quickly & only lost 10 bucks.... LOL

Oh, and If you want to contact Eric I'd use Email..... It takes him a couple of days to respond. But I wouldn't worry about speaking or contacting him. He'll tell you it's going to ship tomorrow, but it isn't.

8 weeks from order date, that's when it ships.

Nice!!! I'm happy that I'm not the only one to whait my skid plate from him.
Can't contact him nither email nor phone.
I've paid for it in March****************************************!

It will come.... Just be patient. I think he makes them to order. They are the highest quality..... Just the waiting sucks.

I put in a dispute with paypal today... This is ridiculous! You don't offer product to someone you cant produce in a timely fashion. Rant over....

I was at Bills BMP yesterday and he had several 4 stroke mid pipe guards and the TXC muffler guards in stock. Good looking stuff for sure.

I was lucky to find a new in package pipe guard here in the classifieds. Even saved a couple bucks. It is really nice, so I ordered some frame guards that he said he has.
Got my fingers crossed...
