• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Colorado husky dealer

Husqvarna
I dont understand why their is no Husky dealer in CO. Their used to be two dealers. One north if denver and was good but so far away from everyone. The other dealer was down south and was just in the business of selling bikes and was also away from the big city. Their are so many riders and trails in co that its a great money making market. I know so many people that see my 510 & would love to buy one but their is no dealer. If I had the money I would open a husky shop in Denver. I would be proud and happy too sell them and treat shoppers/owners just like on cafe husky. With respect and care. Husky owners are friendly proud and love to talk about the brand. If I won the lotto thats what I would do. Sell Husqvarnas in Co. Husqvarnas would be all over co. As for now its me and a handfull of guys that cant see new bikes in person and go riding with guys thats say what kind of bike is that. Never heard of it but I like it, whete can I get one? Why, why why.

Cost. Financing is tough to get for the dealers to stock bikes on their floor, unless they pay cash for them. Financing is tough for everyone to get right now...

That is the truth. If I won the lotto I would for surly sell Husqvarna's also. But it is more then just that. You must be able to work on them and stock a fair amount of parts. Otherwise that is how you get unhappy people badmouthing Husky and the small dealers. It is hard to get a brainwashed kid to switch from a Honda to a Husky also. With more time I think we will see more dealers etc.. They also need to brownnose the magizines like KTM does, because alot of people believe ALL that is said in a magizine even if iy is not true!
