    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

I am in need of a new set of boots, my calves are a bit larger than most and I wear a size 14. ive had Alpinestars tech 3, a few axo's dart's and boxer's. the darts are my race boot and the boxers are for riding. I would buy more axo's but they no longer make the boxers or regular dart boots and im not impressed with the newer axo's. I wear my knee guards inside my pants so that makes it harder to to find a fitting set of boots too. So does any body have any recommendations for large foot and large calves fitting boots?
 
i have had good luck with the Gaerne's, I too have a large foot, 13 and I'm 6'4. I wear my asterick braces inside and have had no problem with the fit. if I forget to bring my braces the boots are almost to big to get tight. that's my 2 cents worth. I also ordered one size down from my street shoe!
 
im sportin 22s[ inch calf's] sidi srs were the only ones that came close and i had to get one set of longer straps top 3 all long ones
 
Thanks for the replies errbody :thumbsup: I have found a seller on ebay that has tech 8's on sale for around $215, any one know if they have a decent fitting range on calves?
