• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

MotoPlastics is where I get my yellow and blue plastics for my 2006 TE510.

Next time you meet with your buddy, ask him if he'll mind if you can try to fit his plastic on your bike, it'll take few minutes and if it fits then you'll know that you can just order the 05 plastics...
It looks the same in the picture, holes and shape...
I agree with you, the blue and yellow is a lot better looking

Haha yeah that bike was parted out a few years ago. He is pissed for doing it, I'm pissed for letting him snd not buying it. Sickens us both. It had some serious trick shit on it.

I know motoplastics US is an importer of Cemoto Plastica Italia, but I would snoop around the Cemoto website and see if they make blue and yellow for 08-10 models. You can always request them to import for you or maybe go direct to Cemoto.
http://www.cemoto.it/

and from looking at their downloadable '11 catalog it looks like they do list the yellow and blue color codes to the part numbers for the 08-10 plastic pieces.

All the plastics are different
I converted my 2005 Blue and yellow TC450 to all red and white using 2011 and 2006/2007 plastic from various models... really not that hard.

You can easily go back to Blue and Yellow...

It can be done using Plastic from OEM Husky and /or Craig at USmotoplastics....

05-07 same, 08-10 same not compatible between the 2 series, the Cemoto.it catalog has the color codes to this job on the 08, the issue is just getting the plastic, if somehow Cemoto even has stock.
