  • Hi everyone,

    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Just sitting up there. Was mocking up my flag holder. The bottle is left over from a door-slammer I had (still full, too). Sat it up there and took a pic...PUI kind of thing.
 
Speaking to the OP, our group will be going to Little Sahara (in Oklahoma, I'm assuming it is the only L.S.>>>) in February of 2014. Not sure of the date and not sure when you are planning on going...

FC, That is the LS we are talking about. What are your loose plans? Weekend, long weekend, week?
We have no dates set in stone yet, and there is no reason that I can't make a few winter riding trips.
I don't think I will be setting the bike up for ice racing this winter so I could just leave the paddle on and ready to go.
That has to be nice to have dunes so close to home.

We won't have the exact weekend until it gets closer. Most guys go up on Friday night, camp and then ride all day Saturday, camp and then ride until lunch on Sunday...haul ass back home.

If you want, I can PM you when we get the weekend picked.
 
I have a 110-100-18 paddle tire I'm wanting to use on my TE450. Is this tire wide enough for a stock rim?
