  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Excllent pics, it must be a real fun place to ride. Keep the pictures coming and keep us posted on your team results

Nice stuff, Herpindo

Great looking bikes! And it looks like a great place to ride them, too.

Maybe you could post some photos of your hometown sometime in the Diner forum. I'd love to see what it looks like there.

Great pics thx for sharing.

Brings back fond memories of getting a new bike when I was a kid and trying to fall asleep at night not thinking about it.:D

Post up some more when Jeremy has his new ride.

Cool herpindo, i am from singapore yet we do not have any racing team here. glad that we are not the only Husky in asia.hehe

Sweet rides. What part of Bali are you located in? I'm planning on visiting in the next year to do some SCUBA. It would be killer to see you guys race.

We are located in Ubud our SX/MX track is about 15 mins away, be sure to look us up!!!
Ah Huat that's soo cool!! Where do you ride??? I'll be in Sungapore next week, maybe we could meet??

Not a problem. tell me the date and will try to meet up with you when you come over to Singapore.

Do you need someone to wash the bikes? I could use an excuse to get out of rain, snow and slush for a few months. :D:D

Can you say BLING BLING! Nice looking bike...what hubs are those...I didn't know there were after market hubs...same thing with the foot pegs. Is it as fast as it looks? You gotta' get post up a video of your team ripping around the track...seriously.
