• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Toni has almost matched the title number of Stefan Everts (10). To get to 10 will be a real challenge as the torch is being passed to Herlings on the factory KTM team.

I hope he retires before the inevitable downfall as the young bucks up their game, but I do think he will on the grid for 2018 at the least.
He is now as the vet one of the most shrewd racers out there. Knows when to pin it to win it and when not to pin it to win it. Great guy, simple and nice fellow, typical Sicilian guy, great family and fidanzata (Jill) support.

He really did earn it this year. Although if Herlings had been 100% from the start there probably would have been a different result.
Gotta say by 2015 I was pretty tired of AC winning all the time, JH too, but now that they've been down and come back they get major respect.
Herlings is consistently the fastest in the world and AC is a true champion

the MXGP KTM Team torch is definitely being passed... 222 to the 84...they have such a forward thinking plan to keep their brands at the top. I'm very curious to see how 18 plays out....will Tony do a Dungey IMHO very smart move? WHy continue to risk permanent injury, got serious bank a nice gal, kick back at the beach and enjoy and be a brand ambassador for paycheck.

I hope Broc steps up as has Marvin. what is there to say, all those guys are so talented at riding a moto. we can only hope for the best. Tickle looked played out to me a couple years back...but its been said he's on a serious physical and mental mission and Im sure that's where the KTM deal comes in.
