• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

RD94 has been whipping 450s on his 250 in the MXdN for a few yrs now ... He has right there in 2011(?) battling RD5 & RV2 in some motos ... I think that was the yr a small rain happened during his moto and he actually pulled away from RD5 in a moto when the shower started... Maybe the same yr, RV2 had to put a top PRO move on him to get get past him in another moto ... After seeing just those few races with this guy, I don't even view him as a rookie ...

RD94 won a moto on a 250 against the 450 guys last yr ...Only guy I know to that was RV2 and he blew the 450s away on his itty-bitty 250 bike. There is a lot racing that is gonna have to happen over this yr and the coming yrs to shake out who gets more championships ...

Motocross of Nations Race 2 Results (MX2/Open):
1. Ken Roczen (GER, KTM), 33:32.919
2. Eli Tomac (USA, Honda), +0:00.553
3. Clement Desalle (BEL, Suzuki), +0:49.027
4. Justin Barcia (USA, Honda), +0:56.969

And Eli beat him last yr in the 250s? After that championship, I'm ready to hang my hat on my fellow American rider, ET3 and see him move to the other end of finishing list. Three Dog Night said it first I think .. E....l....i's coming ... He's gonna add another gear to this show before this yr is over...

Good thing about So Cal is you can ride year around , before I gave up my street bikes for the dirt I road everyday year around, got to admit I do love snowmobiles though, seeing as how I grew up in Upper Michigan.

Yup - weather is ride friendly. Love taking the bike out the T-Mec Hills after a rain. Great free ride stuff.

Yes Sir, the weather is aaaaalllll right. Even if one is up near Calimesa/Yucaipa.
