    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Not a stupid question at all. If your a liberal. All that matters are your good intentions.
No need for a filter if you just believe no dirt will enter your engine.LOL
If it does you blame someone else and insist on a new govt program to fix the problem and pay for it.

Or, if your smart, you realize the media and big money are playing us like pawns and making sure we point fingers at each other and label each other so we can disagree and they can divide and conquer. Whatever party you affiliate with is a mess and the issue and we all need to realize that 95% all want the same thing and stop called each other the problem. Or you can make blanket statements about half the other Americans like they are trash when they are actually very much like you. Whatever.

Not a stupid question at all. If your a Republican. All that matters are your personal needs and wants.
No need for a filter when it blows up you can just drill a hole, save the oil and blow the rest of the bike up with carpet bombing we never saw the bill for.LOL
Then you can charge the public for triple the actual cost for safe demolition charges in the name of safety while removing all our rights for the future while hiding all the costs and pointing at the next guy.

- neither solution anyone wants yet we keep being told thats whats going on even though none of us really want that or feel that way.
 
I've never met a liberal that liked being called a liberal. They are out there I just haven't met one.:excuseme:
