• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

630 Luggage

Looks great thanks, I have just ordered one. I also tried to order the graphics kit for the Safari tank from Just Gas Tanks but they just informed me that it is no longer available. Anyhow, where did you source the big red "H" from, it really helps the tank look less 'out of place'?

A 1 gal fuel tank fits i the "beaver tail" of the Mosko Moto bag. I add a couple of 1L bottles to one of the rear pocket when I need a bit more range. That gives me a comfortable 180 mile range.

I see my bike!

The Wolfman rack is unobtainium cuz I think I bought the very last one two years ago, unless you get lucky and find a used one somewhere. But honestly I thought it made my bike's ass look too big:

I currently have the Mosko Moto Reckless 80 and highly recommend them. Though you will need to wait till spring for them to make the next version.

Barret in Australia make pretty good and neat/tidy looking racks (they also make pretty good mufflers too.

I bought this new bag for 36 euroborsa caterina 1.jpgborsa caterina 2.jpgborsa caterina 3.jpgborsa caterina.jpg in Rome It's not very big, but it's enough for a tester a tire pump and other small repair accessories

I just ordered the side rackets to Barrett. 310€ shipping to Spain included. I Will make some pics once I'll install them

The new racks i installed on my 630. Much lighter from the ones posted here from Wolfman and Barret (and probably not as tough as these when it comes to crashes) but i found them from a local guy here (Athens, Greece) that makes racks for several bikes at the price of 50€, so they totaly worth it!
