I had some condensation inside the gauge cluster of my 630 when I first got it. Hall's told me to wait it out, to see if it would dry up. Once the weather turned hot, it seemed to dry up.
On Tuesday, I got stuck in the rain, and now the water is back in there, worse than ever. It's bad enough now that it's making the display go haywire. Here's a video of the bike at idle. You can see the RPM display jumping all over the place. Sometimes it maxes out (which I now know is 10,000 RPM
).

I sent an email off to Hall's to see if they'll warranty it. I think my warranty is officially expired now. But, I'm hoping they'll help me out since I expressed concern about this back when I first got the bike.
EDIT: Gave up trying to embed the video. Can't figure out the tags.
