• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

610 Case savers now available!

Wouldn't the hydro clutch get in the way on the 630? Not the best pic, but it's a tight fit in there:

I might oughta call you on Monday and order up a couple of these, since there's 2 610s in the garage now :)

Cool. Shipped.
Added to favorites, order(s) will follow
Thank you Clay for keeping the dinosaurs in mind
Sorry for taking such a loooong time to get to the 610 lovers of the world. I'm only one man, and my avatar, beer drinking wife keeps me very busy doing non moto things.

Sounds like your Hubby finally figured out that Husky is the way to roll if you wanna rock.

i installed my today. problem with the shifter hitting the bottom of the case saver if it is lifted up one notch.

This problem has been fixed since that first batch of case savers. No shifter problems now.

Does the 610 version fit any other models. I have a brand new one I need to sell.

Just fits the 610.

Hey Clay, ended up getting the case saver and oil filter cover from wesle616 for my friend mikes 08' and we noticed that there's not quite room for it to fit with a 16T front sprocket. Any chance that this is an early version and the newer ones will work? If not, I suppose you might want to list the sprocket range limitation in case anyone orders up and has made that change. I know it won't work with the 17T I use on the SM set up but that's playing with fire already......

Now get busy on one for the 630! :D

So Clay.. what do you say? I'm waiting to order the radiator guards to my 630 and I want to make one order ( just because the shipping to Aus) is there something on the go ?

EDIT:I took the cover off the bike and i found there is a guard there! it came from the factory like that! I took a photo...

Sorry, but no plans for any 630 parts anytime soon.
