After talking to Dan Moore at the Desert 100 this year, I decided to send my suspension to him for a revalve on my TE300 (forks and shock). I have used Factory Connection in the past, and was pretty stoked with how the forks turned out, but thought I'd try a more "local" option (Dan is a couple hours down the road.) Dan has a wealth of knowledge and suspension tuning insight for many different suspension systems, and a large database of test riders to pull from. He asked me a few questions, (weight, riding style, etc...) and very quickly had my stuff ready to go. Slapped it on my bike and headed to a race down in Jacksonville, OR the next day to try it out.
I am super impressed with the forks (not surprisingly). They were very plush on the initial stroke but didn't ride low in the travel and I never once had any harsh bottoming experiences. Overall, helped me focus more on picking good lines rather than keeping the bike under me. Dan's rates are reasonable, his service is excellent, and they guy knows a lot. I've talked to some others who have used him for a long time and have nothing but good things to say. If you're in the PNW, or near one of his shops, I'd recommend you checking in and considering it for the solution to all your 4CS woes. His website is www.evoind.com.
